Set FLOWERDATADIR in this_flower.sh

This allows the container to be run out-of-the-box with the data/ folder being writable

  • Warn about private packages in dependencies.cmake
  • Update the README to use the hkp installation method
  • Explain why BONSAI is required, and that you can use an alternative
