Add continuous integration and unittest

This pipeline is running on a self-hosted runner (lpnw5063) but we can change this or using it for every single pyfitqun elements.

For testing this pipeline, we would need to setup the runner (self-hosted or github) in this repository (we can discuss what I did in my repo)
